A Gift Basket for Refreshment

After I had a miscarriage and major surgery, my body was tired and my emotions were up and down. I quickly spiralled into a depression and it felt like I would never get out of this place in my life. Then my neighbours brought over a beautiful gift basket with flowers, cookies, tea, and an inspirational book. The flowers brightened up the room and helped to lift my spirits. I was able to sit down, enjoy some tea and be inspired by reading. This was such a refreshing time to focus on healing and I am very thankful for that blessing.
