Re: Reference Letter of Recommendation for Taran Galloway

Dear Sir,

I am grateful to write a recommendation for such a hardworking, focused and high aimed person who is also a friend of mine - Taran Galloway.

I have known Taran Galloway for the past five years and met him while we were working on a company project. During the project I came to know about his attitude towards work and the visualization of growth he possesses.

He works with a positive attitude and takes along his team mates. He has the capability of motivating his sub-ordinates and working with them.

He also has the ability to handle some of the most difficult situations, calmly...and to achieve successful outcomes with his analytical thinking and active involvement.

With all this I conclude that Taran can serve any organization he is working for and in any position within it. I am sure he will prove himself to be the best fit candidate to the requirement of your company.

Sincerely,
Jaipal

An Excellent Reference Letter!
by: Anonymous

Jaipal - this is an excellent letter! The only thing missing is how the reader can contact you if he or she has any following up questions.

In a comment made elsewhere on this site it was noted how frustrating it can be when an HR (Human Resources) Person wants to hire someone who comes highly referred, but is unable to contact writers of reference letters to verify information.

In that context, contact information can be the difference in someone being hired, or not. Still, I enjoyed it.

Thanks For Sharing,
Lanard
