Acknowledgement of Unsolicited Idea - Sometimes the flow of ideas just can't be stemmed. This letter lets creative minds that have potential
with your company know that their ideas are received and valued.
When the creativity is flowing as easy as a stream it can be almost impossible (even undesirable) to staunch.
Unfortunately, sometimes a swift staunch is a must!
But just because the super-important 8 a.m. meeting is not the venue for such creativity, doesn't mean the idea had no value.
Acknowledge the ambitious talents and proposals your employees possess and see to what heights your company can soar.
