Assignment of Accounts Receivable with Non-recourse - Accounts receivable can be tricky, as can any mutual agreement between parties that is cemented in writing.
Fortunately, removing the 'tricky' from a document is not tricky at all!
Take the following sample letter for example.
Precisely written, this sample is more than sufficient as an agreement between parties that result in no recourse with the sale or transference of accounts
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned hereby sells and transfers all right, title and interest in and to the account[s] receivable as annexed; to________. The undersigned warrants that the said account[s] are just and due and the undersigned has not received payment for same or any part thereof; provided, however, that said account[s] are sold without recourse to the undersigned in the event of non-payment.
Signed under seal this___ day of_________, 20__.
