Business Holiday Letters are a short and simple way to contact and inform constituents, partners and customers.
Many business owners fall short of maintaining ongoing relationships with their buying customers. I'm embarrassed to admit it, but I'm one of them.
We routinely underestimate the potential residual income of previous customers, but remember - if they bought from us or used our services once there's a very good chance that they'll do it again.
Put them on a regular mailing campaign - mail them holiday letters.
You can double your bang for the buck by announcing special priced events for valued customers like them.
This one happens to be for Christmas but can easily be edited for any holiday.
Dear [customer name]

It is people like you who make being in business such a pleasure all year long. Our business is a source of pride to us, and with customers like you, we find going to work each day a rewarding experience.
We tip our hats to you. Thanks again for a wonderful year.
