Condolence Basket - A Simple Gift Can Make All The Difference

My mother once asked me to buy a gift basket for her friend who was in the hospital suffering from cancer. She also asked me to deliver it because she was out of town on a business trip and wouldn't be back for a few days.

I wasn't specifically told what types of flowers to buy, or arrangement style, so I went with a simple arrangement with yellow tulips.

My mom's friend was happy to receive the gift basket from my mom when I delivered it, perhaps mostly because my mom had been thoughtful enough to have remembered her. She praised my choice of flowers, as they were her favorite.

The entire experience was uplifting and very warm, I hope everyone experiences something like that one day.
