Condolence Letter Death

"Condolence Letter, Death of My Fiance's Mother". My finance's mother passed away about 8 years ago. When she first told me I of course offered my condolences. But here's what I wish I had said.
***************

Darling, I'm so incredibly sorry that your mother has left your side. There are no words that will take your pain away, or that will even dull it. And although I have dealt with the pain of losing a loved one, never has it been of someone as close and beloved as a parent.

And dealing with it requires strength and fortitude, which you have in abundance. Yes, you're strong - and may be one of the strongest people I know.

May God continue to strengthen you and lead you to a renewed appreciation for the gift of having the opportunities to be with loved ones as we journey through life.
