Cover Letter For Charge Card.  Most people I know receive cover letters for charge cards.  However, if you're a business owner the following sample cover letter is a good resource for sending to your customers when it's time to renew their charge customers.  You can also at the same time include information about special sales events to encourage them to take advantage of their available credit. Here's the letter...

I have been advised that should your    account be renewed
in   [month]   , the credit limit on the account will be
reevaluated based upon your account balance.  With this
knowledge in hand, I would hope that the account balance be
reduced below the  [amount]  credit limit within this time.
