To Chef Terrel Barrow,

After four dedicated years at the Fine Cuisine Institute of New Mexico I am entering the professional arena of culinary arts. For the purpose of a professional introduction and application for the position of Pastry Chef I have enclosed my resume.

As you can see from my enclosed resume, I have traveld the world and have been fortunate enough to have trained under some of the most talented chefs.
