Paul - I've had several jobs where it was hard to leave and take on another job; not because of the money, but because of the people.
I am blessed to have worked with several companies that have had a mission of helping people with various physical and mental health needs. The staff, almost to the person, was 100% committed to helping the clients, which I don't see very often.
And the clients; well, lets just say that their ability to stand strong despite experiencing one problem after another was inspiring.
It was hard leaving those jobs...even when I was offered more money to go work for other companies. Some things are priceless and my relationships with them was one of those things.
Your Resignation Letter reminded me of those times and people.
