My name is Rachel Mills, and as both a busy lawyer and a mother of two, I have always wanted the best for my boys. I didn't always have the time to provide them with the special care, careful diet and educational experiences I wanted for them, but I was fortunate enough to have a genuinely caring woman to help me realize these goals.

As a nanny in my home for the last four years, Jane Chen provided all of these things and more. Her time with us proved her to be a warm, punctual and intelligent member of the household.

For the entire time she was with us, I believe she took two sick days. She safely and reliably transported my boys to and from classes, museums, and parks using my personal vehicle.
