It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of reference for Susie Smith. I have had the fortunate experience of being Susie’s supervisor for the past three years at XYZ Day Camp, and I have seen firsthand the numerous qualities she possesses that make her an outstanding employee.

One of Susie’s most valuable assets is undoubtedly her ability to balance fun and structure! Working with our younger (5-6 year old) campers, Susie is required to have structured activities and rules for her campers throughout the entire day. This seems to come easily to Susie, as her incredible sense of creativity has enabled her to teach the rules to campers or maintain structure in fun and unique ways!

Another priceless quality employers often look for is punctuality, and Susie’s attendance record is flawless. Her dedication to the campers is one that is unspoken but clearly evident by her enthusiasm and perseverance. Although she enjoys time with family and friends, this has never interfered with Susie’s job performance.
