My first resignation letter

This is copy of the resignation letter that I used while resigning from my first job. Over the years, I have used the same style whenever I resigned from a job.

Resignation Letter:

Dear Mr. Avi,

I thank you for giving me an opportunity in your esteem organization. It has been three wonderful years of my career where I learnt new skills and got a chance to interact with experts in the area like you.

But very sadly, due to some extreme personal reasons, I am unable to continue my services to the company and submit herewith my resignation, today, dated 12th March, 2002.

I assure you that I shall be supporting you fully till all the handover formalities are completed and be serving you till 12th April, 2002 as per notice period specified in the employment letter.

Kindly accept my resignation and relive of my duties as per the date specified.
