When this happens you need to contact your supplier asap!  

If you procrastinate the situation could end up getting worse before it gets resolved.

It may even be good idea to pick up the phone and give your supplier a brief explanation of what happened and explain that a letter is on the way.

Let them know what you expect them to do at this point – do you want the missing pieces rushed?

If it’s impossible to get everything in time, do you need to cancel your entire order?

Make sure to include your contact information and drop it in the mail!
