Notice to Cancel Entire Order. When an order is placed and you are subsequently given an estimated delivery date – you expect to receive 

your merchandise sometime around that date…right?

Many times the items we order are time sensitive and if we don’t have them by a certain date, we have no use for them.

When your shipment doesn’t arrive on time and you no longer want/need the item send this letter to address the situation.

Reference the applicable dates, attach invoices if you choose and send this letter out cancelling your order.

of which is enclosed. Due to your failure to ship the goods within the time

required, we hereby cancel said order, reserving such further rights we

may have.
