qualify for the bonus.
The worst thing you can do is to refrain from reaching out to these employees prior to the distribution of bonuses.
This could cause not only confusion, but also low employee morale.
Give some words of encouragement letting them know they really are doing a great job and consider enclosing the Christmas Bonus policy so they understand the requirements!
