Remarkable Woman

This is the second of two Letters of Sympathy. The idea is to have it coming immediately after the one titled "Jenna, I Should have been different." Here goes!

Dear Joan,

I want to express my sympathy and regards to you during this time of grief. I know the passing of your mother, Stella, is a difficult thing to experience.

She was a remarkable woman and I will always have fond memories of her, as I am sure all who knew her will. One thing that I know she will be remembered for is her kindness. She had a warm and loving heart and many people experienced her compassion.

Finally let me say that I am here for you in your time of grief. If there is anything you need, a friend to talk to, or a shoulder to cry on please do not hesitate to call on me.
