My last day of employment will be May 15, 2009. It has been an honor working for XYZ, as I consider it to be one of the best residential mental health programs of its kind in all of the north central part of the United States. Additionally, it has been a pleasure working with the staff, as each and every one of them seems tireless a commitment to quality treatment and customer service that is second to none. Also, thank you for the opportunities that you have extended to me; I leave as a better clinician and even better person because of them. Finally, I am available, as needed, to assist with transitioning someone into my position however I can. Sincerely, Your name
