Sympathy Condolence Gift Basket - My Friend's Cousin

When my friend Pierre lost his cousin, a mutual friend of us both, I decided that I should do something to comfort him. A condolence card seemed too typical, so I combined it with a special basket.

Every Friday we use to get together at a local sushi shop drinking sake and reminiscing on past events and comforting weekly woes. Keeping this in mind I packed dear Pierre his condolence basket.

First, came a bottle of our favorite sake along with a sake set that I bought from the shop we used to visit. Then came our favorite fruits individually wrapped with symbols of luck and spirituality, as well as many Swiss Chocolate bars.

It turned out to be a wonderful gift them nurtured both our souls and helped us deal with the loss of our dear friend.
